ORDER AND PAYMENT

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, CB & American Express)
Thanks to the 100% secure payment interface Stripe (SSL protocol), you can pay your order by credit card in complete security. At no time do we have access to your bank details.

PayPal
If you want to pay safely and save time, you can pay for your order through your PayPal account.

Cheque (slower method of payment)
To pay for your order by cheque, simply tick "Payment by cheque" on the order page, fill in your cheque with the total amount (including postage) and send it to Nutrivita at the address below :

Can I place my order by phone?

Yes, we can place your order with you by phone.
To do so, call us on 05 61 83 62 43 between 10 am and 7 pm from Monday to Friday.

Do I have to register to place my order?

It is not necessary to create an account to place an order on our site.

However, registering allows you to view your order history and earn loyalty points. It also allows you to save time for your next orders (saving your billing information and/or payment method).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order provided it has not already been shipped. To modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by email or phone.

Where can I find my order invoice?

As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice attached. Your invoice is also available in your account in the "Orders" section.

I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

To use your coupon code, simply add it in the coupon code field on the Shopping Cart page or on the Checkout page.

What delivery methods are available?

We offer the following delivery methods for France:

Mondial Relay
Delivery at relay point D+4

Colissimo Home
delivery without signature 48h

The announced deadlines do not take into account weekends and public holidays and are given as an indication for France only.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Once your order has been registered, it is prepared and dispatched by our logistics centre located near Angers within 1 to 2 working days.

All Colissimo or DHL orders placed before 2pm are shipped, whenever possible, the same day. Orders placed after 2pm are shipped the next day.

Orders delivered by Mondial Relay are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

There is no shipping of orders on weekends and holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide international delivery to the following destinations:

Europe
Austria, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.

Overseas France
Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin.

If your order is destined for the French Overseas Territories, remember to select your region in the country field when you place your order.

Rest of the world
Algeria, Canada, Morocco, Mexico, Tunisia, USA.

How much does delivery cost?

France (mainland)

Includes Corsica, Monaco and Andorra.

For other destinations, delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the order.

Shipping costs are determined according to the weight of each item and the packaging, and are updated before payment is made. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.

For international orders, you may be asked to pay customs fees.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package which will allow you to consult the routing of your order.

I have made a mistake in entering my delivery address, what should I do?

In case of an error concerning the delivery address at the time of your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can change it (provided that your order has not already been shipped).

If you want to get the most out of your supplement cure, here are some important tips:

  • Complements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Follow the suggested use (dosage, duration) and precautions. In case of doubt, always seek advice from a health professional.
  • Take your supplements on a regular basis.
  • Do not accumulate supplements with the same function: in nutrition, too much is the enemy of good!
  • Be patient and listen to your body: it usually takes several weeks to feel the beneficial effects of the supplements.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

It's very simple, just click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page of your customer area. You will then receive an email inviting you to recreate a password.

Do you offer free return?

By purchasing on our website you have the right to a legal withdrawal period of 14 days. This period starts from the day after you receive your order.

As food supplements may deteriorate once opened, we will only accept those that have not been unsealed, for obvious reasons of hygiene and health protection.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us by phone or email. We will be pleased to deal with your request as soon as possible.
