Tips for use
How ?
Take 1 tablet per day for 2 to 3 days, then take an additional tablet every 2-3 days until reaching 4 to 10 tablets per day, depending on your needs (4 to 6 tablets in healthy adults, 6 to 8 in pregnant women, and 8 to 10 in athletes).
When ?
Use this supplement during the day, before or during meals. Spirulina being rich in minerals, it is also advisable to drink plenty of water when supplementing in order to avoid transit disorders. As part of a zinc treatment, separate the intake of each supplement by at least 2 hours.
For who ?
Due to its nutritional richness, spirulina is particularly recommended for vegetarians, vegans, and in cases of dietary deficiencies.
The high concentration of proteins and iron in spirulina also makes it ideal for athletes, in cases of anemia, during pregnancy, after surgery, or at any other time when the body needs a boost.
Duration of cure
For optimal effects, it is advised to consume spirulina daily and regularly, in a course of 2 to 3 months and 2 to 3 times a year.

Contraindications
Do not exceed 10 tablets per day (5 g).
Spirulina is not recommended for people with hemochromatosis problems (as spirulina is rich in iron), people with phenylketonuria (as spirulina is rich in proteins), and smokers (as spirulina contains beta-carotene). In case of medical treatment, please consult your doctor.
