How it works ?

The only delivery method available for subscription orders is Colissimo home delivery (2 working days).

The delivery price for your subscription order is €3.50 (instead of €4.90 for traditional orders) by Colissimo at home (Metropolitan France only).

Home delivery is free from 50€ of purchase (instead of 90€ for traditional orders).

Please note : if your order contains single purchase products (excluding subscription), you can have your first order delivered to a Mondial Relay relay point. Subsequent deliveries of the subscription product(s) will be made by Colissimo to your home.

Yes, if you have a discount code, you can use it for a subscription order (valid only on the first delivery).

At the moment, loyalty points cannot be used for a subscription order.

On the other hand, with the subscription you still collect your loyalty points ;)

You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time up to the day before it is due to renew.

To do this, go to your account in the “Pause my subscription” or “Delete my subscription” section below the list of products.
